The VBPL mission is to meet the lifelong needs of our diverse community by providing access to quality resources, knowledgeable staff, engaging programs and welcoming spaces.
To that end, the library is hosting listening sessions and surveys in different formats, locations and on various dates to encourage as much participation as possible by Virginia Beach residents. Let your voices be heard!
