Forms have been ordered from the IRS, and there are a limited number that are provided to libraries for distribution. Please call before visiting to make sure the forms you need are available.

Federal

Federal IRS forms, schedules and instructions may be obtained online at IRS.gov/Forms or by mail by calling (800) 829-3676.

State (Virginia)

State forms and instructions may be obtained online at tax.virginia.gov or by mail by calling (804) 367-8031 for individuals or (804) 367-8037 for businesses.
