Local Author Collection
A collection of works by local authors is located at Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library.
A local author is defined for the purpose of this collection as an author who currently resides in South Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, or Suffolk) or who lived in the area when their work was written or produced.
