VBPL locations will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24-Wednesday, Dec. 25, and on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. The TCC/City Joint-Use Library will close at 5 p.m. on Dec. 23 and also be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24-Wednesday, Jan. 1, with holds pickup available during their regular business hours.

The StoryWalk Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, Vermont, and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson. StoryWalks have been installed in 50 states and 13 countries including Germany, Canada, England, Bermuda, Russia, Malaysia, Pakistan and South Korea.
