Due to severe weather, the TCC Joint-Use Library will close early at 4 p.m. on Sept. 16.

All VBPL branches will be closed Thursday, Sept. 18, for a staff in-service day. The Joint-Use Library will be open with limited services; the Children's Room and study rooms will be closed.
