Career Online High School
Career Online High School (COHS) is an online high school diploma and career certification program available through VBPL.
This program offers free enrollment to a limited number of qualified adult students.
All City of Virginia Beach administrative offices and public libraries, including the TCC/Joint-Use Library, will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day. Please view the City's operating schedule for more details.
