Career Online High School
Career Online High School (COHS) is an online high school diploma and career certification program available through VBPL.
This program offers free enrollment to a limited number of qualified adult students.
The City will resume its regular operating schedule on Saturday, Feb. 22. Most Virginia Beach Public Library branches will reopen at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22.
