The City will resume its regular operating schedule on Saturday, Feb. 22. Most Virginia Beach Public Library branches will reopen at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22. The Pungo-Blackwater Library and TCC/Joint-Use Library will open at 9 a.m., Feb. 22. For open facilities, waste collection changes and ongoing updates, visit Emergency.VirginiaBeach.gov. The Wahab Public Law Library is located within the Virginia Beach Judicial Center, at 2425 Nimmo Parkway, 23456.
All visitors must enter through the main door of the Courthouse and pass through security screening. Cell phones, electronic devices, liquids, and weapons are prohibited.
