GrowSmart provides ongoing professional development opportunities for our early care and education professionals.
We understand the importance of our early education workforce and provide this training for free to support best practices and quality care. Early education training opportunities occur monthly for all levels – entry, leadership and quality improvement. Due to licensing requirements, early education professionals need 16 hours annually of professional development and training.
