VBPL offers Institute Accounts which enable staff at public and private schools and other organizations in Virginia Beach to check out items for their students or residents without using a personal account. Each Virginia Beach Public Library branch is unique in its size, layout, seating, availability, customer demographics and demand for programming. If you are interested in presenting a program at the Library, you are invited to complete the program presenter interest form below for consideration.
