Homebound Delivery

Includes

Residents who are unable to visit a Library branch for at least six months because of an illness, injury or disability, may qualify Homebound Delivery Service. Library staff will speak with you by phone about your reading interests, gather the materials for you, and deliver them to your home. Institute Accounts

VBPL offers Institute Accounts which enable staff at public and private schools and other organizations in Virginia Beach to check out items for their students or residents without using a personal account.
